Passing Thoughts is a fruit-forward sour made with prickly pear and pineapple that's just PERFECT for summer sipping! Prickly pear, a member of the cactus family, has an intensely sweet flavour similar to melon. Combined with tangy pineapple and mellow tartness from our base sour ale, the result is a balanced brew with sweet undertones and tons of fruit flavour.
