About Peachy Bulldog Pale Ale by Gotlands Bryggeri
In this unfiltered Pale Ale, fruity and mature notes have been allowed to dominate. The brewers have brought out the aroma of sunny peach through the combination of cryo-concentrated hops, caramel-scented malt and a yeast strain that in itself produces a lovely fruity aroma.
The malt gives a hint of fruity sweetness and the hops create good bitterness that breaks through the sun-ripened and leaves a fresh aftertaste.
Water, malt, hops and yeast are four simple ingredients that together provide a great and complex taste experience.
