Alley Kat took their favourite hops from previous DIPA’s and blended them together for ultimate hoptimization. Cascade, Simcoe, and HBC 342 flavour this delicious brew, while Columbus hops do the bittering. An earthy balsam fir aroma compliments a piney flavour profile with a citrusy finish.
