About Plowman's Dunkelweizen by Saltbox Brewing Company
This chestnut brown malt forward favourite is a traditional German wheat beer. It’s Bavarian yeast gives it notes of bananas and clove while it’s wheat content and darker specialty malts give it a rich toasted bread base, with hints of caramel.
If you are new to dark beers don’t expect bitterness or roasted malt character!
