Collaboration with Blind Enthusiasm. When Roald Amundsen made his voyage for the South Pole he was meticulous in his planning but lofty in his goals. His decisions were bold and his team determined. This Norwegian Farmhouse style beer is brewed in honour of the legendary explorer and his successful expedition. Alongside their great friends at Blind Enthusiasm (Edmonton) Dandy put together a bill of meticulously chosen malts and hops to fully explore the bold and fruity Kviek yeast strain.
