Warehouse-style spot brewing seasonal beers to pair with creative gastropub cooking in funky digs.
The grisette was the preferred ale of the miners from Hainaut province in Belgium. The “grisettes” were the ladies dressed in gray which would serve pints of this ale to the miners as they left the mines. Dry and refreshing with just enough hop character. The traditional Belgian yeast gives hints of spice and fruity aromas, along with some citrus and floral character from the hops.
