Prairie Pilsner
About Prairie Pilsner by Fox & Hounds Pub and Brewery
Pours a lasting medium white frothy head with a clear golden body. Nose of wheat germ and mild lemon. There is a very light graininess too and a faint grassy nose. Strong astringent grainy flavor, very watered down toasted note, slight metallic flavor late in the sampling and finishes with a light vanilla note.
