Quantum Wheat Ale is a bitter American-style wheat ale that has been lightly and aromatically hopped. It doesn’t have the sweet aftertaste of many wheat ales, and is a clear golden colour. A lightly floral nose accompanies a crisp flavour with notes of sage, pine, and the barest hint of spearmint. It finishes dry and clean.
