The base beer (a Brett Trappist Single) was brewed in November of 2017 and has spent the last ~2 years in maturing in an oak foeder and on the fruit. The beer was highly fruited (at a rate of >300 g/L) and is intended to showcase and intensify the fruit flavours and aromas.)
