A dry farmhouse rye red saison fermented with a blend of three distinct Belgian and French saison yeasts. It is high in spice from rye malt and has a crisp hop bitterness. The slight tartness from an intentional souring brings forward notes of raspberry, rhubarb, and pomegranate. A quaffable saison for any occasion.
