About Rhine Stone Cowboy by Big Rock Brewery
A lederhosen wearing, bedazzled pardner strolling along the Rhine... oh and there's that rooster too. A vision born from Big Rock Brewmaster's creation in this fine Kölsch style pale ale. All natural, batch brewed with pale and Vienna malts, aged at lager temperatures... Their refreshing ales are light in body and appearance, with aromas of clean malt and fruit, and a touch of noble hops. This cowboy joins the ranks of our great session beers.
This refreshing ale is perfect with a variety of summertime fare. Try it with lighter foods like salads, fresh fruit, or white meats like pork, chicken, or fish. It also contrasts nicely with spicy Mexican food.
