Rip City Red by 13 Virtues Brewing Company in Oregon, United States

About Rip City Red by 13 Virtues Brewing Company

For people who love IPAs but like a little more malt sweetness. We use 2-row, Munich, Carapils, Crystal-15 and 120, and some chocolate malt for some oomph. We then add Galaxy and Ahtanum hops for a balanced, drinkable beer.

Thirteen Virtues Brewing is a three-barrel brewery borne in the shadows of a long-tenured Portland restaurant, Philadelphia’s Steaks & Hoagies. The brewery was added back in 1993 – as Oregon’s 14th licensed brewery! – but operated quietly for many years as one of Oregon’s smallest brewhouses.
