Rosé du Blé by Side Project Brewing in Missouri, United States

About Rosé du Blé by Side Project Brewing

Rosé du Blé is a Wheat Saison that is fermented with wild Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus from the family’s farm and aged in Missouri Oak Foedre. At maturity, it was racked atop the skins of Missouri Chambourcin grapes, adding the color, tannins and aromatics inspired by the rosé wines of France.

A 100% barrel-aged, mostly barrel-fermented project. Passion & experimentation drive the creation of rustic Saisons, Wild Ales & spirit barrel-aged ales.
