Saison du Blé

Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in Chardonnay barrels and an American Oak Foedre for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
