About Saison Du Must II by Burdock Brewing Company

Mixed-fermentation saison aged on freshly pressed riesling skins for 1 month in one of the stainless steel fermenters. Transferred to neutral oak wine barrels for 12 months. Tart, vinous, slightly oxidative, hazelnuts, drinks like sparkling basque ciders.


We brewed our first batch of beer in July of 2015. Since then, we've been supplying our bottle shop, restaurant, music hall, and a few choice bars and restaurants around town.
