Cloudy, crisp, and spicy, our Weiss Bier was brewed to capture the Bavarian Weissbiers we love to enjoy by the pint (or two or three) in the beer gardens of Bavaria. A pale golden and unfiltered brew capped with a billowing head of white foam, this brew showcases the distinct fruity and spicy aroma of its traditional Bavarian yeast with notes of banana and clove. The wheat and pale malts create a subtle sweetness and crisp snap accented by Spalt Spalter Noble.
