Big Tide's version of the most popular beer style in the world! This German-style pilsner uses lightly kilned malted barley, and spicy noble Saaz hops that define the aroma and flavour of this style. The head is white and dense and the body is straw colored. The aroma contains hops with a hint of graininess. The flavour is simple with light grain and hops bittering. The finish is clean and refreshing.
Big tide Brewing Company, Saint John's only brew pub and restaurant, began brewing our hand-crafted, all-natural ales and lagers at our 47 Princess Street location in August of 2009.
