About Scottish 1730 by Microbrasserie La Forge du Malt
It is in 1730 that our predecessors blacksmiths obtained the right to exploit the deposit of the seigniory of Saint-Maurice in order to implement what would become the first iron industry in Canada. It is in their memory that we made this Scotch Ale by adding the camerise, to flavor this brew that thanks to the French oak barrel reveals pleasant woody notes.
