Using pure natural spring water, New Zealand hops and imported specialtymalts. Brewed in the traditional Scottish style, being deep golden in colour, full flavoured, with a hint of roast barley, making it smooth with plenty of body. In Scotland this style of beer would be used as a chaser to a malt whisky. The malts in Scottish ale compliment the malts in a scotch whisky.
Serve it with fish and chips, steak and kidney pie or haggis.
