Dr Rudi Solskinn (sunshine in Norwegian) is a beer fermented with Voss Kveik yeast and hopped with Ekuanot and Dr. Rudi hops. Kveik yeasts are Norwegian and can be fermented very hot and very quickly. They provide pleasant fruity characteristics to the finished product.
