This is a hazy and silky New England IPA. Fjordfolk has added a lot of hops late in the brewing process and then dry hopped in tank. The choice of hop varieties has turned the beer into a fruit cocktail of stone fruits, citrus, coconut and other tropical flavours, but without the bitterness you can get in such beers. They have also added lactose to make it even more creamy and juicy.
This beer gives you a holiday feeling when you need a tropical kick.
Suitable for: Burger, pizza.
