A mixed fermentation saison aged on foraged Staghorn Sumac, Juniper, and Bitter Orange. So named for the secret bounty that is local sumac, which tends to grow at the side of the road. Bright, lemon-y, herbal, tart, and funky, Secret Highways is a beer that attempts to embrace a sense of place by utilizing and oft-overlooked ingredient abundant in the Minnesota landscape.
