Haiku is a type of traditional short-form poetry that uses three phrases and adheres to a strict structure. It embodies the idea of doing more with less. And this is the philosophy behind this hazy Pale Ale. Less alcohol, less malt, but no less of a hop-saturated experience. And it uses three hops: Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado.
