About Silky Wilky by Snake River Brewing
Unfiltered weizenbock style ale. Wheat malt gives the beer a silky smooth mouthfeel. A Bavarian weizenbock yeast produces fruity esters and spicy phenolics. Lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Created with help by Matt Wilkins.
