The inspiration for this feature brew came from the naturally rich and bittersweet aromas of chocolate malt. Sleeman brewed a dark lager using this malt, then enhanced it by adding natural chocolate flavour. The harmonious result is a unique lager that is distinctly dark chocolate. A thick chocolate aroma leads into a medium bodied and slightly sweet lager. This brew finishes with the mild bitterness that is characteristic of dark chocolate.
