About Sour Blonde Ale by Hi-Wire Brewing

Blonde Ale brewed with brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus. More sour than funky, lighter in color and not very hoppy. This beer was fermented in American Oak red wine barrels and then bottle conditioned for a total fermentation time of 1 year.
