Spiral Staircase can be described in one word: decadent. A balance of barrel aged and non barrel aged chocolate Baltic Porters are elegantly married with a dark sour ale aged on cherries. The result is a beer with deep chocolate character, as well as nuances of dark fruit and cinnamon.
