About Kettle Sour by Steamworks Brewing Company
Our Steamworks Kettle Sour starts with a Clean malt bill of premium 2-row, carapils and wheat malt which is then kettle soured and generously dry hopped with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin post fermentation to give a tropical fruit aroma and a refreshingly tart flavour.

"A dry hopped kettle sour, spouting a golden body with a slight cloudiness. The tartness is mild but distinctive and artfully blended with malt and dry hops. I have a growing fondness for Lambics and sours. This one isn’t as bitter as your ex girlfriend but like your Momma when you don’t call her."
