Word on the street is we brewed everything you’d expect from German dark wheat; the yeast brings forward the clove and banana flavors, combined with the chocolatey, toasted notes of the roasted malts and you’ve got toasted banana bread in a glass. Despite its dark color and roasty flavors this brew is light-bodied and quite drinkable.
