A Vermouth-inspired beer wine hybrid
A blend of mature bourbon barrel aged sour porter and carbonic macerated WI grown Sabrevois grapes with second use bitter herbs and zest from Dashfire Distilling cocktail bitters, made to be similar to a dry red vermouth. Neither a beer, a wine, nor a cocktail, this funky and acidic beverage blends all three into a vermouth inspired bottle. Served still, it can be blended into a negroni, poured over ice, or even mixed with a can of sparkling water for a vermouth spritz.
