About Swan Theory by True History Brewing
12 Swans’ goth phase. And like any good goth phase we sat in our room, ignored our parents, and turned the volume up to 11. Sure, Swan Theory is still light and balanced, but it’s packed with big flavours. How did we do it? We added a heavier and alternate dry hop of Ella and Huell Melon to the base of 12 Swans, and it shows. Big pineapple and melon are rounded out with a welcome, balanced bitterness.
