Bustling neighbourhood pub with homegrown house brews & exotic imports, plus a patio & light fare.
A loose interpretation of a Gose, this lactic fermented wheat beer was brewed in slightly salty water. The Tamarindocoats the palate with a uniquely fruity aroma which is somewhat reminiscent of Sake. This veiled blond beer, which is very refreshing and quite dry, has a mouth-puckering acidity and a touch of prickly saltiness. The tamarind is a small tangy fruit that adds to the beer’s typical lemon flavour which is usually obtained through the addition of coriander.
