About On Target Fresh-Hop Saison by Foamers’ Folly Brewing Co.
In collaboration with Northwest Hop Farms, we brewed this saison with Sterling hops picked straight from the bine and added fresh to the kettle. We paired the floral and citrus flavours of Sterling with the intense grassiness of fresh hops and a dry, peppery finish.
