Ophelia is a delightfully balanced hoppy wheat ale featuring Mosaic and Palisade hops that lend aromas of mango, papaya, and guava. They let Ophelia rest in fresh tequila barrels for 3 ½ months to create something entirely new. The barrels bring out the subtle sweetness of the malts while contributing aromas of tequila and oak.
