About Thirsty Hippo Coriander by The Uncharted Brewing Company
Thirsty Hippo is a Coriander Amber Ale with hints of orange and lemon flavours and a gentle bitterness, brewed using two types of malt, coriander seeds and adventurous English hops to create a gentle body. To round out the tropical flavour profile I am dry hopped with a combination of New World hops.
