South Africa has recently starting producing some fantastic hops and New Ontario Brewing wanted to celebrate that by creating an all South African hopped beer, or ubhiya as spoken in Zulu, the main dialect of this country. 

This IPA pours clear and gold with a crisp white head and mid-high carbonation. The nose has a lovely mix of sweet lime, peach, and lightly toasted cracker. Initial taste has a complex variety of red berry, lime, lychee, and an ever so subtle hint of chili pepper. The prevalent but not overbearing bittering of this IPA has a pine resinous quality that carries through right to the finish, bringing this bounty of flavor together.
