Pronounced “bracket” or “bragot” this hybrid beer (part barley-based ale, part honey-based mead) is often associated historically with medieval Britain and was consumed widely in the Middle Ages. The nose is filled with honey and sweet caramel malts. This is definitely what folks drank in the ye old times!
