About Under The Table Framboise by Big Rock Brewery
Belgian inspiration and spontaneous fermentation define Under the Table limited small batch beers. Framboise is a lambic style specialty that blends raspberries with a remarkable base beer born of our custom built Koelschip and aged in wine barrels. This arduous process takes time but creates complexity you can curl up under: sour and sweet; fresh and fermented; tangy and pleasing. We didn’t make much, so between us, let’s keep it Under the Table.
