Unstrung Hero uses a considerable amount of Espresso beans added during secondary to create a porter full of creamy chocolate and espresso with a hint of roast. Using our porter known as Three String for the base of this beer allowed the espresso beans to shine in togetherness with the rich notes of baking chocolate and mocha already present.
