A cutthroat convergence of Citra and Amarillo hops, this citrus hop bomb explodes on the palate with its resinous hop flavors. Pouring a vibrant orange, with a lovely egg-white foam, the aroma is strikingly citrus-forward with notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple and orange zest. A clean, sharp bitterness balances with a delicately malty backbone in a symphony of hoppiness.
Pair with – Teriyaki chicken, pad thai or al pastor tacos. Cuisine with a bold mix of sweet, spicy, and savory will be complemented by the Vendetta's citrusy accents.
