About Wallonia Pineapple Wit by 42 North Brewing Company
This beer is more about yeast and spices flexing their muscles, while the wheat does its part to provide a beautiful hazy appearance, improved head retention and a fuller mouthfeel. Waimea and Citra hops, not being a traditional selection for this style, bring some citrus notes (especially in the nose of the brew) and all of Wallonia’s 22 IBUs. This is a good beer to recommend to patrons that tend to dislike hops and bitterness, but want to try something a little more complex than a Lager.
