Following the method of naming the various districts in early York, the ‘Ward’ series will each showcase a single hop variety. Using a favorite Pale Ale recipe as a base, Muddy York adds massive amounts of late hop additions to truly bring out the flavor and aroma of each variety. First up is the classic American hop, Cascade.
