This beer was made with Origin Malting's Chinook Pale Malt and Mosaic hops. The goal was to make a simple recipe and let the individual ingredients really stand out. The malt lends a rich, slightly nutty character to the beer. Mosaic hops give the brew tropical and stone fruit aromas, which carry through to the flavour.
