A special annual September tradition, this American Pale Ale is made using freshly harvested “wet” hops straight out of the field and into the kettle within 24 to 36 hours. This year’s version uses 50% Cascade and 50% Chinook Hops. Aromatic American character; Citrus, floral, woody. Using Lager yeast and fermented at Ale temperatures to lend a special ‘Steam’ character. Dry-hopped in the fermentor.
