A cross between a Belgian Wit and a classic IPA, White Sand IPA was brewed with Belgian Wit yeast , oats, wheat and Belgian Pilsner malt before hopping with Lemon Drop and Citra. Both fruity and hoppy, the yeast and hops meld well for lifted lemon and a soft palate hinting at bitterness with a light, tart finish. Refreshing and complex it transcends the mundane.
