White Shadow refers to the unique magic that happens when we combine two great styles – the refreshing spiciness of a Belgian style wheat beer with the bold hopiness of a North American IPA. This White IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat malt and oats, and spiced with sweet orange peel, corinader and chamomile. A serious charge of Cascade and Columbus hops give the beer a nice citrusy bitterness. A Belgian yeast strain is left unfiltered to lend notes of clove and bitter fruit to the flavour, and a shadow to the golden hue. Because wild things can happen in the shadows.
