Head brewer, Lisa wanted to make a saison reminiscent of the subtle characteristics of white wine grapes. Tool Shed used Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops, which impart the fruity notes Lisa was looking for. They've also used Rocky Mountain malt from Red Shed Malting to impart a unique malt flavour.
