Winter Dunkel starts with chocolate and wheat malts and then adds a liberal helping of 100% organic chocolate from the Whistler Chocolate Company. Then they steep the brew with authentic orange zest and coriander in their pure copper kettles during boil. The result is rich, full-bodied, subtly sweet – and with a decidedly chocolate orange finish.

First established in 1989, the Whistler Brewing Company is an originator in the BC craft brewing movement.
