Cardamom is a spice so nice. A pinch in the boil will suffice. If I were a gnome, I’d be right at home, though drinking it is not a weisse. With lemon and spice on the nose, the yeast and the hops strike a pose. Refreshing and clean, you’ll see what I mean, I think I’ll have one more of those!
