Our first dark sour! NOIR has an amazing balance of acid and complex dark malts for a great flavor and dry finish. Some say it reminds them of Chocolate Wine (yes, really!) Available on draught. Look for Limited Edition Bottles soon. Cheers! This honey-scented golden lager is brewed to be very food-friendly. With a touch of acidity & a clean dry finish, it lends it's self a huge range of foods.
